Fabulous day of relays this morning in Leixlip as our juvenile athletes took on the 4 x 200m in what’s always a very exciting days running.

Our 2 under 12 girls teams teamed up together for the first time as both ran there hearts out in their heats but just missed out on the final, well done to Zara, Erin, Alicia, Nora, Aimee, Caitriona, Sarah & Ella 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Our under 13 girls finished strong to take 5th as Zara, Ciara, Elba & Doireann ran a PB and will learn a great deal from today 😊

Sam, Patrick, Cian & Logan did us very proud in the Under 13 boys final, while Holly, Kaitlyn, Chloe & Katie finished 7th in there final 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The under 14 boys ran a blinder in the final as Jack, Sean, Barry & Jack took home silver medals 🥈🥈🥈🥈💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Our 2 under 15 girls teams both took home medals as Divine, Ella, Sarah and Eimear led from start to finish to storm home to gold 😁🤣🥇🥇🥇🥇while Lydia, Aillyanha, Melinda & Katie finished strong to take home bronze 🥉🥉🥉🥉

The Under 16 boys both took home some jewellery as the Adam, Daniel, Max and Leigh blew the field away and took gold, while Evan, Luke, Oisin & Cillian finished strong to take bronze 🥉🥉🥉🥉

The 16s girls ran in a strong and competitive field in the final as they just missed out on a medal finishing 4th, strong runs from Mia, Kristiana, Laura & Aoibheann.

The under 17 girls took home gold as Zara, Saoirse, Ava & Hannah combined well to lead the field home 🥇🥇🥇🥇
