Tuesday 7.00 - 8.00 in Salesians for everyone
Thursday 7.00 - 8.00 at Salesians for everyone. Please note Thursday changes to indoor from 26th October, times above.

The All Ireland relays were held in Cork in July and although we were only represented by two teams they did us proud.  The Girls U18 team got the bronze medal.  The team was SarahLouise McKernan, Vicky Doyle, Sandra Lawler and Emma Commiskey.  The Boys u17 got the silver medal.  Their team was Diarmuid Feeney, David Malone,  Mark Gleeson and Shane  Gaffney.

As a result of Sandra Lawler winning four medals at the Nationals she got her first call up to international competition which was held in Waterford recently. Sandra competed in the u18 category and got the bronze medal in the 300m and also gold in the relay. Congratulations Sandra.

The above championships were held in extreme conditions but our athletes shone through with Sandra Lawler and Eamon Daly winning medals:-

Congratulations to John Malloy who competed in the All Ireland Masters M50 in Tullamore in August and got the gold medal in both the 100m and the 200m. Well done John.
